My daughter passed away in April unfortunately due to a stillbirth and my husband and I have to say that this place was so nice to us. They really did an amazing job preparing our baby. She was very small and so delicate and they really did so good taking care of our baby girl. I’m so happy we found this place. Joe was the person that helped us and he was so helpful and very kind to my family. We will forever cherish the last moments we had with our baby thanks to joe and his team at this funeral home. Thank you so much & god bless you all.

My family and I contacted Joseph A. Slinger-Hasgill Funeral services concerning the burial of my father. They were extremely courteous, friendly, concerned, welcoming and professional. They gave us multiple options to choose from with no pressure tactics and accommodated every personal request with no hassle. Joseph provided us with his cell phone number and said we can contact him at anytime with any concerns. He even called to check on my mother to make sure she was ok with the process. I would recommend them. My dad looked awesome as an African American male, he looked really good and we received alot of compliments. They even draped the bottom of the casket with a velvet skirt which was a surprise and made the display look even classier. The limo driver was on time and helpful. The hardest thing you can do is bury someone you love. Especially a family member without insurance. After reaching out to over a dozen funeral homes we came here and thank God we were pointed in this direction. After watching your loved one die slowly and have to worry about sending them off right. Joe took majority of our worries away. He helped us look for all resources that were available to assist with payment. From start to finish he made it me as painless as possible. My beloved cousin was not in the best physical state due to her health deteriorating in the hospital. Slinger-Hasgill made her look like the old her that we haven’t seen in awhile. That made it so much more easier. Such great professionalism and compassion during our toughest time.
