My Mom Was Royalty and Mitchell Funeral Services Treated As Such!

I was really in a haze while planning my Mother's funeral and I reached out to Gina Mitchell who took care of us. I learned of Mitchell Funeral Services through word of mouth in the community. She is known for making your loved one look just like themselves, as if they were sleeping. My Mom was 95 years old and was very particular about her appearance. I gave Gina Mitchell a couple of pictures of my Mom and she made her look gorgeous. She looked at rest. My whole family was very pleased and comforted by their Mom, Grandma, Aunt, Cousin, and Great-Grandma looking as if she were sleeping. It made the Going Home Service extra special. This was the icing on the cake but from the beginning to the closing of our business together, Gina was attentive, sympathetic, and professional. At no point did I feel it was about money or pressured to buy more than I needed. I felt with her it was about servicing our family at this difficult time to make us feel as comforted as possible. Thank you Gina Mitchell. You definitely have answered your calling.

For the 2nd time in the past year I had to utilize the service of Mitchell Funeral Service Inc. Mrs Mitchell as always was compassionate,loving and caring. She and her staff's professionalism continues to be exceedingly high. Gina Mitchell you're an outstanding business woman. 5 stars is not enough rating for you.

Mrs. Gina Is Amazing along with her professional team and their work for me it’s the way she cares and blends in with family, and help assist and carry them, through the difficult time of morning. She has done an Outstanding job with the Homegoing Celebration of Zelphir C. Kerr. And Her Graphic Designer did an amazing job one the programs and outstanding job for the rest of the service.

I was so surprised to see bad reviews. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that Gina Mitchell provided our family. My mother died unexpectedly on a Wednesday afternoon as I was traveling to NY after receiving a call that morning that she was being taken to the hospital. Gina was able to meet with me on Friday evening. I wanted to have the funeral right away. She scheduled the funeral for Tuesday. My mother’s church was too small for COVID so I asked if she could secure a church for us. In less than 3 days (those not even being business days), she was able to fulfill all of our requests, including securing a church 5 minutes from my mother’s home. And my mother looked beautiful!!!! If I didn’t think it was distasteful I would post a picture of my mother living and at the funeral. She looked as if she was sleeping. She was on time for everything. The limo was early. The driver was personable and professional.The organist was great. The prices were reasonable. Gina, my family and I cannot thank you enough for making this very difficult time bearable. I recommend her without reservation!
