(December 16, 2022, 2:31 pm)I’m a TSA at Hot Worx Bethpage. I was wondering what took so long to get this concept out there in fitness world. I feel so much better after working out in the IR saunas. My flexibility has greatly improved and my bad lower back, hip, and knees prefer the heat. Since Extreme impact videos and racing courses are no longer accessible forms of exercise for me, I feel like I finally have the benefits of working out without injury at HotWorx.

(July 22, 2022, 8:13 pm)I leave here having had the best workouts and feeling so great. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s spotless here. The infrared sauna workouts are challenging, but never make me feel so sore like the traditional gym would. I sleep better, and my skin has a glow. I highly recommend Hotworx Bethpage!

Awesome staff always extremely helpful. Gym is always very clean. Highly recommend for an awesome workout or for anyone with back issues to loosen up.

They are so incredibly accessible, one call or message and they respond immediately!
Eddy is so helpful and the staff, including the owner Dr. Perlman is awesome. Shout out to Mike, Carlos, and Hunter.
I’ve lost 10 pounds since starting the workouts. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a boost to their weight-loss and health journey. -
