I'm not sure what all the negative comments are referencing. I live out of state (due to military service), but whenever I return back to Long Island, I make it a point to get a few sessions at Rise Athletics. The workouts are not only very challenging, but also structured, well thought out and varied. The "rude owner" I see identified in the comments must be an individual I've never met.....every coach I've worked with is professional, cordial and very engaging.
Best gym owner/coach I've ever encountered. Cares about members and their fitness journey, cares about helping people get stronger, fitter, and cares about making sure everyone gets something out of their gym experience.
