(April 12, 2020, 11:57 pm)We no longer use the place closest to us at the Lindenwood shopping center, as they told my wife they were not able to sew the metal belt loops back on to her designer raincoat.
I had started using the Cleaners on Cross Bay Blvd. at the strip btwn Speedway and McDonald, because my dear friend,Blaise, highly recommended them. They do absolutely phenomenal work.
When I showed their seamstress my wife's coat, and what needed repairing, the super nice seamstress said, "Okay, no problem". She also extended the waistband of three beautiful pair of SLACKS for me. I explained that the SLACKS fit fine everywhere except the waistband. I could close them, but they were just too tight and uncomfortable along the waist. She did her magic, and now three of my nicest pair of slacks fit me ideally.
They may not be the cheapest, but damn, you get what you pay for, in this case, quality work and no problem too difficult.
We will now be using them for all our dry cleaning and tailoring needs. 😎👍❤
