(February 7, 2022, 2:22 pm)These people display no regard for other people's property and time. Multiple times I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car and that was with prior notification. Worst of all, my brand new car was damaged, which I don't understand how that's possible, the entire space is huge. They claim that it doesn't happen often but I've seen it personally how these valets park customers vehicles, back it into a wall, scrape the quarter panels etc. and act like nothing happened. It really worries me because I park my car here monthly. My advice, walk around your car every time before you leave.
Update: After almost a year at this garage, I have to say my first initial review was made prematurely. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and so far no issues as of yet after the first incident where my car got damaged. Gratefully, they took full responsibility of the damage and my car was repaired. The manager Luis is a pleasure to talk to and work with. This garage is miles better than any of the other garages I've used. Best of all the location is convenient and within walking distance from my house. The entrance is enormous and the experience/service that the staff has provided me so far for the most part is good. -
