In Motion Physical Therapy

Laura and the In Motion Physical Therapy team are outstanding! They are attentive to your individual needs, compassionate with their care and intentional with their therapy plan. I am incredibly grateful for their help throughout my many years of injuries as a competitive athlete, as well as my recovery following many years of my sport. I cannot recommend this team enough!

At In Motion they really care about you as a person and come up with a specialized plan for your specific injury and goals after recovery.

In Motion has entirely changed the way that I approach exercise and physical activity. The team at IMPT has helped educate me on how to prevent injuries and flare-ups from occurring and has allowed me to get back to the things I love doing! With the help of In Motion, I finally feel like I’m in control of my own body again.

I have been to multiple Physical Therapy places for my hip injuries, and Motion Physical Therapy has been the best, and I drive here from Queens. I appreciate that I get one-on-one time with the therapist, and they do not overbook with too many patients. I also value that I am not given a sheet of exercises to do independently while they work on other patients. Sarah is always watching me, knows many variations of the therapy exercises, and always gets back to me with any questions I have when I email her. This place will always be my go-to for my therapy needs.

I have been to several PT facilities. My experience at InMotion tops them all! I find the individualized attention, working one on one with a therapist during a session, to be very effective. Also the entire staff here is kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Additionally, I like that they start you off with light exercises, not pushing you too hard especially if you’re recovering from a back injury like me. And they know exactly when to increase the intensity of the exercises and/or switch to new ones. Once you’ve mastered an exercise, they provide you with printouts to do at home. Sam at the front desk is awesome and sweet. During my first visit, Laura did a thorough evaluation and listened to my issues/concerns. I mostly work with Sarah during my therapy sessions. She is so sweet, an expert in her field, and very attentive (watches and corrects me on bad form). Sarah asks me after each exercise if I felt any discomfort/pain. I look forward to my sessions here because they’ve helped and because everyone is so friendly/happy. Thank you all for giving me my life back!
