(August 14, 2023, 2:33 pm)As a weekend mechanic who takes care of oil change, disk pad and fluid change and a/c gas recharge by myself, I think I have decent knowledge about cars in general. Thus, J&J Presto’s is by far better auto service shop than anybody else. They are not only skilled but also honest. They provide excellent services with reasonable cost with clear explanations. Although their shop is not big and fancy, I would recommend J&J to any of my friends who needs good services.

I came in to change 2 tires, but really needed 4, which I did. Mike pointed it out, but was very transparent and not pushy. He took the time to lay out my options, which I appreciated. -

(July 5, 2023, 12:19 pm)These guys were great. My wife is on crutches, so they sent someone out to our house to pick up her car. They fixed a rattle, brought the car back, all for free! We are regular customers, true, but still amazing customer service.

(July 5, 2023, 6:24 am)Excellent service! I was running around trying to get my inspection on a weekday afternoon and called J&J Presto’s. They were able to make time and provided one of the most pleasant experiences.
A special thank you to Mike for his service with a smile. He took his time to answer a few questions and provided a smooth process, which was completed before I finished my coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts (across the street)!
