This is the second year that Joy set up my following year's medical plans. She was pleasant and took care of it without any pressure. Other representatives I had spoken to wanted to rush me to a decision. When I said I wanted time to think about it they hung up. Not Joy. I would highly recommend calling Joy if you have any questions. She will take the time to answer them without pressure.
