Brought in my 2017 BMW F30 340i after some transmission failure. They rebuilt the trans. Jeff and Cary got my car back on the road in no time ! Car is shifting smooth like butter! No complaints here, excellent service!

I had used k & b over 4 years ago on another vehicle which was serviced to my total satisfaction. They have since moved from Floral Park to a new location in College Point, Queens which is much larger and gives them the opportunity to handle a greater number of customers in a timely manner with expanded service capabilities. I also have an older Hyundai Sonata that was throwing multiple codes that was misdiagnosed by another facility that told me my transmission was shot. I went to see Jeff & Cary and they did extensive diagnosis and confirmed it was NOT the transmission. They addressed my immediate sensor problem(s) and I also needed additional overdue preventative maintenance/service work
( suspension , electrical, oil/filters , multiple fluids, etc.) which they took care of most professionally.
They also gave me a ride home. It’s well worth the trip to College Point/Malba.
I have nothing but positive accolades about the work they and their professional staff performed.
They are true professionals and regular contributors on the AutoLab radio program which is a call-in program that helps listeners with their automotive problems.

K & B Transmission (operated by Jeff & Karey)is the best auto repair shop I have ever had the experience of visiting to have my car repaired. I own a 2008 BMW X5 and have determined that K&B transmission service is even better than BMW service. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of high tech work they perform on your vehicle.

I would recommend all customers who owns a BMW to visit K&B transmission in College Point Queens. You will not regret it. Jeff and Karey tells you the truth about needed repairs to your vehicle. They do not try to scam you like some places try to do to a steady flow of customers.

Jeff and Cary were super helpful and informative when I brought my car here for a second opinion. They thoroughly looked at the vehicle and researched the issues extensively. They even reached out to the dealership's service center with their findings and tried to see what they can do for me. Very professional, nice guys.
