Kelly and her team were absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. My brothers and I met with Kelly shortly after our mothers death and immediately knew she was the realtor we wanted to work with. All of us live out of town and Kelly reassured us that she would do all she could to sell the house and do what needed to be done to get the house closed. And she did ... we had 2 offers in the first 3 days and settled on the first one. She was with us throughout the process keeping me informed of what was happening, what needed to get done, etc. Since I am out of town that included covering for us for inspections, recommending capable contractors and opening the house for repairs. I cannot speak highly enough about Kelly and her dedicated team!
