What a über cool find in Huntington! Great setting, super nice staff, and really good eats!
Vibe:
The inside is small, but super cute. And you can't help but want to order all the delicious looking baked goods. The outside area is so much fun and relaxing. You can certainly decompress and feel like you've left the city. I loved strolling around looking at all the animals and just enjoying the outdoors and great weather.
Service:
Service is very efficient and they are super nice. You order at the front and pick up your food when your name is called.
Food:
We both had the Two Eggs (cooked over medium) on a Biscuit with American Cheese (don't judge, it's my guilty pleasure). The biscuit was delicious, super light and fluffy (and this is coming from someone who lives in the south!). Not a big deal, but we did end up seasoning our sandwiches with pepper. We also had Iced Coffee, which was delicious. I also think their prices are pretty reasonable, consider what other restaurants are charging these days.
All in all, I loved this place and would definitely return. You should check out Kerber's Farm if you are in the area.
Come here often during the summer cycling season. Good rest spot to refuel with coffee & food. Ample seating and fast service 👍
This is such a cute cafe with vegan options! I love that they also have classes and live animals.
Very cute cafe. I definitely will be comming back. The chicken pot pie looked amazing. It's a cozy quaint vibe and has alot of parking. If you have a large group get your food to go the seating area inside is limited.
Kerber's is great - breakfast game is on point, honey & jams are amazing, pies are incredible, and it's also just so much fun to eat breakfast& hang out with the chickens out back.
I've brought my baby niece here a few times and she absolutely loves it - between the free roaming chickens & ducks, the goats & tiny pigs, and now the bunnies & sheep, it's a ton of fun for the kiddos while still being a relaxing environment to enjoy a very lowkey brunch with family. There's enough interesting stuff going on to entertain a toddler so the adults can get a few bites in (shout out to the friendly & beautiful chickens that come by the picnic tables to say hi!), and of course it's always fun to visit the animals, which are all very clearly well loved & cared for.
Their fresh eggs are amazing - the difference between fresh eggs from chickens that live a good life on a small farm & your average grocery store bought big name brand eggs is unreal - heck even the shells are significantly harder - good stuff all around.
The garden outback is absolutely magical and relaxing - great for a date, breakfast with friends before a big day, or a family outing.
My only regret is living in Huntington for years before discovering Kerbers!
