Great, professional hair salon. The owner, Peter is awesome! He takes his time and listens to what you want. His staff is also wonderful. Highly recommended!

Peter, the owner is spectacular. He treats your hair like he is a chemist. I went there for the first time with over an inch of dark roots. He is a perfectionist. He said come back in a few days and I need to touch up two places. I am so impressed. I was searching for a place out near Glen Cove. For ten years I was going to Bayridge with my daughter to Ada Spa. My time is limited and the drive is far. I am just thrilled to have found Peter.

Awesome experience here! I loved the vibe of the salon. Got a treatment from Marion that came out great. Marion, Peter, and Giovanni were super friendly and made the day a fun one. I left feeling good and will be back.

Peter and his staff is amazing! He always gets my color and cut perfect! Been coming since they opened and have no regrets. Excellent one on one service. Peter spends quality time with you, never rushing and really listens. And the blow outs are superb! I’m a super happy client and I hope others are too!

I first went to the Manhasset Ladies N Gents salon in May 2021 when Ellen, my wonderful aesthetician, relocated to Peter's newest salon.

I have followed Ellen for over 30 years at the various Manhasset-based salons she has had her business. Ellen has given me amazingly specialized and customized facials using the latest in skin care products and treatments. I attribute her care to my looking younger than my age. She also does well-tailored manicures and pedicures.

As has happened whenever Ellen has relocated, I get my hair cut by the owner of her newest location.

Ladies N Gents' owner, Peter, originally had (and still has) salons in Manhattan and has brought his high quality professional hair styling skills to Manhasset.

I consider myself in the minority of clients who don’t know what hair style they want so I leave it to the expertise of the stylist based on my features and their expertise.

By far, Peter's initial haircut was the best and the most flattering style I have ever had.

I’ve gotten multiple compliments that the length and style suit my features perfectly. I always had a wayward section of hair in front that would not hang properly, but I no longer have that issue.

I have now had Peter cut my hair 8 times since my first appointment in May 2021. Each time the cut was suited to the season and how my hair reacts to the weather. Peter is truly a master stylist.

Separately, I have had my hair blown out over a dozen times by Peter and his capable stylists, Marion, Giovanni and Moshe. Each has their own special styling and I was happy with the results. I have admired many of the haircuts and styling of their other clients.

Peter did major updating to the previous salon-space which makes for a very comfortable, spacious and cheerful environment.

Pat, who assists in the salon, and the entire staff are friendly and attentive. I always enjoy visiting this salon.
