I have been a customer of Lens Lab/Wizard of Eyes for many years now. I appreciate the service that I receive every time I visit this establishment. The Eye Doctors and staff are friendly.
I’m writing this review about a Special Staff Member that I have always had the pleasure of dealing with whenever I come in for an appointment. This young woman’s name is Maria Lopez. Maria is an exemplary person who takes her job seriously and is always extending a hand to her colleagues, other clients and to myself as well.
Maria is always smiling, she is interactive with anyone who needs assistance and answers each one of my questions with regards to my eye care. She is informative, positive, upbeat and very patient. I’ve witnessed a couple of rude clients try to come at her and not only did she keep her cool, but she stayed as calm and collected as a professional in her position could be.
I am definitely impressed by her work ethic and her tenacity to be kind to those that aren’t as nice to her. It’s not easy working with a multitude of people, especially those who don’t have consideration for others. I applaud her continued success staying with the company and maintaining the same integrity of years past.
You are very lucky to have her. Maria Lopez is good at what she does and you can see that she takes pride in her work.
