(March 6, 2023, 2:58 pm)Shana is an amazing person to work with. She is engaging and creative when teaching mindfulness and yoga to ages 3-5. Yet, is a safe, calming space for pre-teens to discuss their feelings while providing tangible strategies to use though the day. Shana can work in large group parties or privately at your home. Your won't be disappointed!
