Courtney did such an incredible job making my vision come to life! I came in with a rough idea and she made magic happen. Couldn’t be happier!

I have been a customer at Lumara for the past year seeing Courtney. The salon is always clean and decorated nicely. The front desk seems to rotate, but whoever I am greeted by is always smiling and ready for me when I arrive. Taylor usually washes my hair and is always so sweet and knowledgeable about the products she is using. When I have an appointment with Courtney, I always feel confident that I am in good hands. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she always listens, answers, and makes recommendations based on her professional experience - which I am more than happy to take. The appointments can be long, but Courtney makes the time enjoyable :) I would definitely recommend Courtney (and Lumara)to anyone!

I always receive excellent customer service here. From the front desk to the shampoo girls to my colorist and beautician Candice!
They are pleasant and easy to communicate with. I always appreciate the reminder call two days prior to my appointment it's very helpful.
The shampoo girls are really effective at giving your scalp a great cleanse and gentle massage (because who doesn't love a scalp massage?!)

Candice is always accommodating and offers suggestions when I need a change & I'm uncertain of the best option.
