(March 14, 2023, 8:55 pm)I bought a Bruder toy truck for my grandson’s 5th birthday from Amazon! After UPS lost the package, I called Amazon! They did nothing to help resolve this issue. I found the third party seller was Manga Mindz, so I called them directly. I talked to Sonny and he told me the item was no longer in stock! I told him that this was a gift for my grandson’s birthday in 3 days! He told me to call back and he would see what he could do. After calling him back I found out that he had located another truck and shipped it 2 day express! I received the gift in time! It’s hard to find companies that have very good customer service. Sonny went above and beyond to help me out! The toy was awesome and my grandson loved it!

(May 5, 2020, 8:12 pm)This is a great store with great people. I needed some toys my and crafts for my kids during the shutdown and they gave me great suggestions based on my kids' ages and likes. I paid over the phone and they had my order bagged and ready for curbside pickup. It was so easy and my kids should be very entertained for a few weeks.
