The service is first rate and Michael takes a hands on interest in our needs and has helped my wife and I to decide on the right coverages that we need and has never steered us in the wrong direction. He is always takes the time to explain my policies and what the coverages are and what they cover. When I filed a claim for my homeowners he quickly explained the procedure and in addition to assistance from the claims department had all repairs completed in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this agency!!
