Leased Mazda CX-9 2023 from here. This place definitely deserve more than 5 stars. Not only the price, but the customer service is impeccable. I’ve talked with the executive there and his vision on why they started this company had great value and great return to the community. I was tired of bargaining and dealing with dealers that will try to get more out of my family. The price definitely beat regular dealers and the associates there would also explain step by step for new buyers instead of rushing the whole process. Their customer service does not end after you sign the contract, they continue to answer any questions I had and explain to me in details. I am looking forward to getting vehicle from them in the future.

This is my third time doing lease from Motive because once Motive Auto client, you can never go somewhere else. Their service is always consistent, and top notch! I highly recommend Joseph Kim & Hyungtae Kim. They are the most helpful broker you can find whose interest is serve you well. Love my new 2022 Tucson! Dealer wouldn’t budge on price because of demand these days but motive beat the dealer by $75 a month! They picked up the car from Long Island and delivered it to me. Never buying a car from a dealer again.

I have been working with Ted from Motive Auto for the past months and it has been such a pleasant experiences shopping for my first car. I initially went to different dealerships but I ended up getting really disappointed because the sales people will raise the price and its such a pain negotiating with all salesperson. I almost wanted to give up buying the car until I got to know Motive Auto through a friend and i am so glad I made this decision.

He helped to manage every single step of the process, and delivered the car to my door. I want to start by saying a HUGE thank you to Tony!!! My husband was in need of a new car after having his for the last 18 years. Having to look into cars and doing research can be very overwhelming and stressful. We had gone to a few dealerships to look at cars, test drive them and try to get an idea of what it would cost us. After finally narrowing it down to 2 different cars we were interested in, a friend brought us to Motive Auto and we sat down with Tony. He answered all our questions before we could even ask. After we left we felt so relieved and the next step was to wait for the phone call to confirm and finalize everything. In less than a week from sitting down with Tony my husband had his new car brought to our front door. His really hectic schedule is what held him back from getting a car sooner.
