(December 9, 2019, 9:00 pm)As a business owner my self, I know how important reviews are, being professional and fair without anyone to know is equal to nothing, that being said, while I was in NYC for a business trip i lost my car keys for Nissan rouge 2018, several calls to local locksmith not even that I couldn't get a quote I couldn't even get an estimate, the guy on the phone tried to "sale" me stuff even before a tech came and saw the car, my last call to Ariel from my locksmith I was able to get a VERY good price over the phone, he came within 17 min cut the emergency key, programmed the remote charged exactly like he quoted and left. No hidden fees, no service call or trip charge, if I could give 100 stars I would because he truly deserves it. Thank you Ariel for a great job and being honest fair and professional
