New York Prime Beef

Tried them out when they had a food truck in Long Island over the summer. It was later in the day so they didn’t have what I originally wanted to order and got the NY strip and fries instead. It was honestly amazing. The taste was so delicious and the meat was very juicy, grilled to perfection. The only sad thing is I never saw them back at that spot. Now that I see they deliver prepped steaks I’m excited to try that next!

Update. Sent NY Prime Beef an email with photo of the steak I wasn't happy with. They quickly replied and they will ship me 2 - T Bone steaks for free on Monday. Customer service 5 stars. Thank you.

I'm leaving only 4 starts overall as my special X-mas dinner moment can't be replaced on Mon or Tues. No one should have received a sub par steak. My advice to buyers is to open the brown paper wrap and inspect upon receipt. The steaks are vacuum packed anyway.

Hit or miss. Ordered 2, 24 oz dry aged USDA prime T bone @ $59.99 ea. For that kind of money I expect to receive what I paid for, PERFECTION but I didn't. Steaks arrived Dec, 24 2020.

Posting a photo of the steaks in a pan just for the pic. Trying to prove that 1 steak was beautifully marbled and came out super tender. The other was barely marbled at all and was significantly tougher. They looked like different cuts of meat. The non marbled steak wasn't even close to being worth $60. In my opinion I got ripped off.

These were both outdoor grilled per directions side by side medium rare.

The steaks are excellent. You can taste the flavor from the aging. It has somewhat of a Brie cheesy taste, so my 11 year old didn't like it (though he loves cheese). The adults really enjoyed the flavor. They were tender and you could see the difference even when cooked. The brisket came a bit thawed and smelled funny, but they replaced it. I would suggest to the company, maybe having the brisket cut into smaller pieces. Will be ordering again.
