Not once did we feel he was rushing us or just trying to make a sale, he sat with us not once but many times for HOURS discussing what he thinks would suit us best!!! We bought our living room, dining room & entry way furniture from him and wouldn’t have it any other way!!! Totally love him and his designs and services!! Nino and Alfredo have always kept us updated in everything and literally have always listened to us in everything! The only place we trust to find everything exactly as we imagined! Once you go to Nino Madia, you literally do not like the furniture OR the experience anywhere else!!! Once you go to Nino there’s no going back!!

(August 5, 2021, 5:56 am)Nino gets an A+++ for customer service and going out of his way to help customers. Ordered 3 tables and Nino set up special delivery for me. The delivery was perfect. On time and very friendly delivery person. On another order I needed only one arm chair from Homey Design. I am in a condo and only have room for 1 here and storage space is limited in my attic. Homey design will only sell the chairs in a set of 2. Nino went out of his way and actually purchased 2 from Homey Design and is keeping one in his showroom and sending me the ONE that I really wanted. I have to say THAT is a class act and no other place would do that. He also has an AMAZING sense of style with matching furniture. Because of his ideas we made some changes in furniture placement in the condo and those ideas really created a great cohesiveness to the flow of the room!'

Starting with Alfredo, who with his professionalism was able to accommodate my mother's discriminating taste in elegant and refined furniture. I never felt that Alfredo or Nino were pushing for a sale; rather, they were more interested in educating us on the different styles, fabrics, and colors. Upon delivery of the furniture, my mother decided that she wanted more gold accents on the furniture. Upon hearing this, Nino arranged for his professional furniture painter Ydelka to come to our home and added the touches that my mother had requested. What an honor to have Nino Madia's esteemed painter in our home! For my mother and I, this was an experience worth gold.

(January 7, 2021, 8:53 am)I wanted this sectional before Christmas Eve celebrations & NO stores guaranteed shipment before that date. So, I went to the manufactures website & saw Nino Madia was a retailer near me. I immediately called Nino, without hesitation, Nino GUARANTEED delivery within a few days! It was delivered with no damages, WHITE-GLOVE service, unlike the other online retailers were offering, which did NOT even guarantee 3 wk delivery or building it. They only offered curb delivery on the street in boxes? It was delivered in a few days! The delivery guys were professional & courteous. I couldn't be more happy! It is comfortable, beautiful quality and spacious. JUST PERFECT! Nino Madia, thank you for your professionalism & promise on delivery! Highly-recommend them! Beware of on-line retailers!!
