When there is a week I miss Eric's class, my body can definitely feel the difference. I am so grateful to have worked with Eric over these years, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for increased flexibility and core strength with pilates!

He works with each client as a unique individual taking into account the way that client is able to move at the moment and the tools he has to help you with your workouts are endless. I have been going to him for years and am constantly stimulated and challenged. He has also helped me through numerous injuries over the years. Give yourself the gift of Eric.

(June 13, 2023, 8:45 pm)Have been working out with Eric twice weekly for close to 10 years and can absolutely recommend him in the highest possible terms. He understands want I need and how my body works. Workouts are varied and fun focusing on whole body strength, flexibility and balance.
I feel so fortunate to have found Eric and really hope to workout with him for the next decade too!
