Nutrish Mish

I can’t begin to express how life changing NutrishMish has been for me over the past few months. For the past few years I really struggled to lose weight and feel comfortable in my own skin. I began to feel hopeless. I finally made the decision to join NutrishMish. I began working with Kim at the end of this past March and as of this week I am down 12lbs and I’m still going! If you would’ve told me a few months ago that I’d be where I am today, not only physically but also mentally, I would’ve laughed. Kim is so sweet and has made this process so easy and sustainable. She has given me all of the tools and resources I need to be successful and truly takes the time to educate me. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I’m still able to enjoy life and not feel restricted. I highly reccomend Kim and NutrishMish to everyone, especially if you’re struggling like I was. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made! ❤️

I have been working with Kim at Nutrish Mish for nearly 2 years. I started because I wanted to lose weight but also improve my cholesterol , I was not ready to go on any medications. The program is easy to follow and the resources available are fantastic. Kim kept me accountable and worked with me to figure out how to navigate any struggles I was having. I recently went through a break up and other big changes and I have been able to maintain my weight. I also recently saw the doctor and my cholesterol is improved. I look forward to continue my journey with the knowledge from Kim.

I cannot speak highly enough about Nutrish Mish! I literally spent 45 years as a chronic dieter only to yo-yo through those 45 ! I found Nutrish Mish last year through a friend and have never looked back! My mindset around food is worlds away from where it had been. I’ve finally learned how to create healthy balanced satisfying meals , I feel comfortable around food , and have lost and maintained a substantial weight loss for the first time ever! My nutritionist, Kim, is amazing and highly educated and informed in her practice. I know they are all wonderful there as well. To be able to learn to eat with good health and satisfaction in mind, to not stress over every bite, to be able to pick myself up when I think I’ve gone overboard is nothing short of miraculous for me. I enjoy my indulgences when I have them, I live my life, go to parties have occasional drinks, etc and still lose weight and feel so much better. The mindset of either on or off “a diet” is officially gone! Thank you Nutrish Mish!

I absolutely love Nutrish Mish! Working with Richael has been the best. I am learning the right way to eat, not a crash diet. I have lost a little over 20lbs. in 2 months. I feel so good and I am not starving! I love my new lifestyle and love the support I receive from my Nutrish Mish family!!
