The staff is pleasant, they always are. Dr. Nicholas is very personable and make me feel very comfortable, he comes right to the point and I like that.
For over a decade Dr. Nicholas, PA Rocco & staff at NY Orthopedics have kept my soccer career & knees going. Couldn’t be more grateful for their expertise, kindness, and care. There is no better doctor to go to for your knees / shoulder and more than Dr. Nicholas. From the front desk staff, nurses, PAs, coordinators - I always know I’ll receive the best of treatment. If It wasn’t for them all, I wouldn’t be able to live the life I continue to live as an athlete.

The visit to NY Orthopedics was a wonderful experience. The office staff was kind in greeting and helpful with filling out the paperwork. Dr. Ackerman was so knowledgeable and explained the ankle injury in terms that made it easy to understand. He answered all our questions and did not make us feel rushed. His calm and caring sense was felt and much appreciated!
