(December 8, 2020, 1:58 pm)Ray is wonderful he explains what he will do and my vacuum works wonderfully after his service. My vacuum was old and I was unsure if it could be fixed. He said to let him look and he would let me know . He called and said parts were available and he could fix it. I will happily return again for service in the future.

Reasonable price, no double-talk or fear tactics. Straight forward, honest work.
