(July 5, 2023, 12:08 pm)Updating my review after they reversed charges for fuel when I returned the car full of fuel. Be sure you get a receipt when you fill it up. Otherwise very convenient and helpful.

(March 19, 2023, 2:34 pm)5 stars for this place! I received nothing but polite, helpful and courteous service. On the pick-up they upgraded me to larger vehicle, but bigger isn’t necessarily better since it would not fit in my NYC parking space. They went the extra mile and partnered with another rental company to get me the car I needed with no problem! On the return, I specifically pointed out to the inspector that I filled the tank and had him turn the car on to see the gauge was full. However, when he emailed me the receipt I was charged for fuel service of $139.00. I went to the check in counter/customer service and they were happy to assist in correcting the issue immediately. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS for any inconsistencies. I’m without a car at the moment and will continue to use Payless for their great customer service.
