(May 10, 2023, 10:50 am)A shout out to John at Penn Collision. I needed to tow my car from a dealership that wanted to charge me $3K in parts alone. John got me out of there quick and inexpensively. Upon inspection, the actual repair was not his forte so he recommended another shop which he then towed me to for no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about this business and it's staff. They care about the customer.

Mike and Julie were a pleasure to deal with, and made sure that everything went smooth. They also kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Penn Collision...you'll be glad you chose them.

This auto body shop is excellent and very customer friendly. The prices are very competitive and repairs are timely. Would highly recommend. My truck looks just like new

I found it when I found Penn!! they worked with my insurance company perfectly and made a stressful situation so much better… And the work phenomenal!! ...my car is absolutely perfect and I can’t thank them enough along with Julie their secretary. Do not go anywhere else people I’m telling you this is the place for your auto body needs in Baldwin and everywhere on Long Island!! They treated me like family thank you again guys
