I’m so glad I decided to take the leap and have my pelvic floor issues checked out. Zazu not only provides such a safe and comfortable environment but no topic or concern is too taboo or shameful to discuss. Her knowledge is unparalleled and she has a way of explaining all the mechanics so that anyone could understand. Zazu’s compassion and dedication is part of what makes her a fantastic physical therapist. She’s just as concerned about your mental health as well as your physical health and emits such calming energy and light.

As a power lifter, I can't overstate the importance of pelvic floor health and function. It impacts both my training routine and my everyday functioning. I know women who have had to stop working out or at least heavily modify their routines due to unresolved pelvic floor issues.

When I was planning a return to lifting after my second pregnancy, I knew that I needed to have any core/pelvic floor issues diagnosed and work through them with an expert so that I could keep doing what I love to do. I'm so glad I found Zazu--she made me feel comfortable and safe every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and provided an easy to follow regimen of exercises to help me meet my goals. I've reached out to her several times with follow-up questions and she's been responsive and helpful each time. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Incredible knowledge, focus on her clients, and positive energy are a few of the ways I would describe Zazu. I've been working with her for several months to rehab a rotator cuff tear and she has amazed me with tailored treatment for my particular dysfunction. After working with Zazu for several months my floor was in a great place - no leaks, no pain, no pressure! I was as ready as I would ever be for labor!

With our hesitation I asked Zazu to join us in this stage of pregnancy as well. Zazu’s doula services are unmatched. The level of detail and the education she provided to my husband and I in the pre-labor meetings were amazing. She explained decisions that would have to be made while in labor and allowed me to navigate/create a birth plan that fit me.

Unexpectedly I had a tough 40 hour labor - Zazu was by my side every minute. She was able to keep me calm, tend to my needs and explain what was happening and what my options were. I could not have imagined my labor without her.
