(March 1, 2022, 11:46 am)I ordered dinner for my family to go and when we arrived home I discovered that they had bagged the wrong order.
My family only eats dark meat. We received a regular mixed 10 piece.
My family enjoyed the dark meat while I returned to the restaurant with the white meat pieces.
The manager and staff were apologetic and professional.
They replaced my complete order correctly and apologized for the inconvenience.
Congratulations on turning a negative experience into a positive. -

(July 8, 2021, 11:49 pm)We got the four for $25 chicken sandwich fries and chicken fingers. Great value! I wasn’t very happy about the inside of the stores still been closed. Service was not that fast but we were happy with how hot the food was.

(November 3, 2019, 7:07 pm)Who doesn't enjoy Popeye's Chicken? I've visited this location a bunch of times and depending on the day and time, there may be a line. On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, the line can be out the door. You may be waiting at least 10 minutes or more to get to the cashier. The employees at this branch have always for the most part been friendly. I do feel their service is a bit on the slower side compared to the other locations I frequent. The food here have always been pretty good. The place is clean. Thumbs down for not having a drive thru though.
