(June 26, 2022, 9:17 pm)I walked my dog back here a few times and I love it. Nice shade, away from the road, lovely walking areas and a few places to sit. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area

(April 9, 2020, 11:33 am)I live across the street and am happy to have this quiet wooded area for daily walks. Neighbors are out with their dogs, couples are walking the trail, there is a pond where you will come across ducks when it’s warm and friendly neighborhood cats (yes, they’re neutered and got shots) as well as gophers and a small family of raccoons! They’re really adorable but I’d keep my distance..
CON: People leaving their trash behind. Please respect the tiny park that we all love. Many teenagers think it’s a playground/hangout place and sure, use it to get away from the NY craziness but respect your surroundings.
Be careful as there are many trees down from lighting and hurricane Sandy. Sadly, the City hasn’t cleaned them up yet! 😡
