If you’re looking for the typical style gym (“I pick things up and put them down”) this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a place that will actually motivate you, teach you proper form, how to get lean and build muscle (guys and girls) then try Project FLX out. And I’ve seen a big age range of people so I don’t feel out of place. The gym is clean, modern, equipment is in great shape and it’s actually affordable. Best part for me is no major commitment. -

This might sound like an advertisement but it’s not (and I don’t work for them either). I’m just excited cause I’ve been looking for a place like this for the last year since my long time trainer changed his career. So when Project FLX opened I tried a free class (apprehensively, truth be told) and now I’m hooked. It’s extremely affordable, flexible schedules, really clean, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the class sizes are perfect to get the attention and modification for individual needs (I’m in my 40’s with some minor health problems and typical physical issues so I appreciate not being thrown in and lost in a class). I know everyone has different workout styles but this place is worth a try and with a free class you have nothing to lose.
