It was a wealth of knowledge and it helped me tremendously. Awesome experience and I know this is the right choice for me. Pricing was a real PLUS!

(June 10, 2023, 9:42 am)Heather was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. As simple as it sound to me (get a price, leave a credit card, lock it up) the process of renting a storage space is quite complicated and paperwork/legal intensive. Heather's pleasing personality made it less painful

(May 21, 2023, 10:30 am)After an unfortunate emergency situation, I was in need of finding a storage unit urgently. With that being said, within minutes I hit the jackpot on finding this location! It cannot believe how easy it was to set up, how clean the facility is and affordable.
From the moment I walked into the building…I was pleasantly greeted by Heather at the front desk. She was BEYOND words helpful, compassionate and understanding of my unfortunate situation. Heather spent time showing me around the units, answered all of my MANY questions and made me feel so comfortable having my life time of belongings stored here.
I am so GRATEFUL to have stumbled upon this amazing storage unit. I’ll never utilize another place again. Thank you Public Storage of Syosset and all staff there.
