Puerto Plata Seafood On The Water

This place is great if you live in Long Island or near there and you looking for city island/ uptown Manhattan(Washington heights) experience and don’t want to be in that 1hr Long Island traffic. The food is average I got chicharron de pollo with waffle from the brunch menu it was more like a chicken tender than chicharron it was well season but doesn’t have that crunch that is chicharron. Also got the ice caramel latte drink really good. People from my party got sea food they said it was okay and my wife got they churrasco it’s was ok chimmichurri sauce is good. We also got the picadera platter it’s was ok they didn’t give us the truffle tostones you have to remind your server if not you won’t get them. But other than that staff is very good and attentive even with a pack house. The atmosphere is good if you want that Washington height feeling. Not worth the drive if coming from uptown Manhattan/Bronx

Fun place to meet friends. Drinks are decent. Not watered down. The seafood is decent, however if you looking to get a Latin style seafood, not here. We got a seafood mix for about $145. I was overloaded with Old Bay seasoning or just some sprinkle on Cajun seasoning. The staff was very good. They get an extra star for attentiveness. Overall I would recommend this place for the experience.

Love this place! Came here the other day for the first time and sat at the bar. The ambiance is great. The music was great to listen to. The food here is also delicious! However, I really want to speak on my bartender Mary. She was AMAZING. Gave me great service and was very friendly! I felt welcomed and comfortable. I go back to certain places mainly because of the service that I receive from my waiter/bartender.. and let me tell you Mary was the best! Definitely going back and making sure I’m always at her bar! Thank you for a great time :))))

This was a fun atmosphere in Nautica Mile near all the boats. They even have an extended area. The food was properly seasoned and quite incredible. They do serve Hookah as well. Its Puerto Rican cuisine and the place was packed. I would go back.
