(March 22, 2023, 2:19 am)My move, was books, records and approximately 5 TONS,
(or 10,000 lbs) of bronze, wood, canvas, paper and ceramic art, ALL of which was covered in 40 YEARS of thick black dust, spread across 3 floors, including a dirt floor basement, with a 5 and a half foot ceiling, hung with spiderwebs.
The location was on a VERY, VERY chaotic avenue.
Construction, commerce, a bus line and a constant stream of heavy vehicles in the street and pedestrians on the sidewalk.
Having been ghosted by two specialty moving companies, an actual person from R-Way answered my initial call.
Then, Chris returned my call within 90 minutes.
From the walk through to the move was 6 days.
They were polite, considerate, kind, understanding, encouraging, told great jokes and were UNBELIEVABLY FAST!
Top professionals! TRULY AMAZING!
Old school.
This company has got to be the best in the business!
R-Way Moving and Storage is FEARLESS.
I would never hire anyone else.
