William Levin was incredibly helpful through the entire co-op buying process. He knew what he was doing and he walked me through every step. It was the first time I bought my own place, so I had a lot of questions. He always answered them, always returned calls promptly, and guided me through all aspects of the purchase. William Levin is a wonderful real estate agent. From the moment he was contacted about becoming the selling agent until after the house closed, he was highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. William was able to present comps .. and then analyze them to improve the information provided therein. He knew how to time the market, how to best show the interior of the house (even moving furniture around to better suit the rooms), and had an excellent mix of open houses and other means to advertise the house. When offers were submitted, he went over them with seller to determine the pros and cons of each offer. When the offer was accepted, he guided the seller through the entire “sales” process through to closing. He worked with buyer and seller regarding furnishings remaining in the house. I never felt uncomfortable with him or any “pressure” I felt he always acted in my best interest. He listened and acted on what I needed to have done, not what he thought would need to be done. I would recommend William to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
