    Marcelo and Jessica are exceptional in treating their patients
    They have both been extremely effective in my recovery from knee surgery
    They are an asset to the company

    Marcelo is wonderful. He reads the clients very well. Knows how much to push and when to rest. Easy going, friendly, but not afraid to do what he feels the client is able to do. Careful and compassionate with a good sense of humor. Also understands how the mind can affect the body.

    Jessica is a wonderful PT. She’s extremely attentive, compassionate, professional and has good bed side manner. One day after a session I wasn’t feeling well Jessica made sure I was okay before I left. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for such a great experience.

    I have been seeing Marcelo for about 6 weeks and my lower back pain is almost completely gone. I am so happy to have come to the right place. Marcelo is very caring and actually listens to the patient. Great experience.

    Marcelo is my hero. I received treatment at great neck while waiting for an opening with Marcelo because both he and I are located in North Shore Towers. The great neck location was very welcoming and I felt it taken care of. But as someone who has had physical therapy in the past, I can tell you that the North Shore Towers experience is one of a kind. Maybe I should not be broadcasting this because it is hard enough to get an appointment as is. The difference is in the one on one attention. I feel I have gotten the best therapy and have gotten much more done in less time because I was not routed from one spot to another and waiting on or finding a tech to realize I am done with a phase. What hours, more is accomplished, half the time, less exposure to so many people who might be ill. I also appreciate the amount of hands on time I have with Marcelo. The word around here is that everyone loves both Marcelo and Jessica. This is not to cast any aspersions on Great Neck. The population at North Shore Towers is mostly seniors, many of them old seniors. It is very special that they are treated privately.
