After a brief conversation with Alicia in customer service and a technician, they told me they would replace it. They sent me a label to return mine and I had the replacement faster than I expected. I applaud them for the outstanding customer service.

(November 9, 2017, 2:01 pm)I bought 17 HP desktops for my business. They came with 8gb of memory and a 500gb hard drive for only $145 each. That included shipping. They looked practically new. They work like new and that’s all I really care about. Not everything is super bargain priced like that HP, but there prices are overall low or reasonable. I would have given them five stars but when I wanted to order more desktops they were out of stock.

(September 6, 2017, 11:24 am)I received the laptop in great shape. Works smoothly and didn't even looked used. Now, the charger only worked for three days. But, after emailing them, got a response in less than 12 hours and they sent me a replacement. I did call them and the person I spoke to was proffesional and friendly. I got my laptop the same week I ordered it. I would buy from them again.
