RiverTrace at Port Imperial

We lived at RiverTrace for 18 months and we had the best experience ever. Exceptional location, and neighborhood! Easy access to public transportation and being close to the NYC ferry was a big hit!
The lease office team is great, very friendly and responsive as well as receptionists, maintenance and cleaning team. Only left the place because we needed to be closer to the new University.
A huge thank you to Chanelly, who was always very helpful when we needed guidance or information!

I moved in two months ago and I love living here. The building is super clean, quiet, and very easy to commute to NYC. The location is perfect with a beautiful skyline view of NYC. Also, the amenities are managed well and the staff in the leasing office and front desk are friendly, super helpful and professional. I'm very happy with my decision to move here!

My experience living at RiverTrace was great from beginning to end. The apartment complex is the most organized, clean and well kept complex I've lived in so far. The concierge staff is friendly and on it. The gym is great and spacious (I stopped going to a paid gym). The pool, grill, and common area view is amazing (manhattan city line). The mailing system is perfect, (never got one package missing). The community is friendly yet quiet, and it doesn't even feel like you're so close to lively/wild Manhattan. Commuting to the city is easy, the ferry is right there, departs every 20 minutes, and it only takes 8 minutes to arrive to midtown. My apartment was great, spacious and renovated, with laundry in unit. I never heard noises from neighbors. The very few times I needed maintenance support, they showed up on the very first day and fixed what I needed. Franer was the leasing agent who helped us from beginning to end. I only moved out because I relocated to another state. Loved my time there!

My wife and I loved living here the last two years. The staff is great, starting with the very first person we met which was Garry Goodrich in leasing. Professional, polite, and caring. Gary was always a pleasure to talk to. The building engineer/super we dealt with most often was Rob and he always took care of us when we needed him. He was responsive and caring. The front desk staff is led by Ingrid and she is always willing to help us and communicate to us whenever we need something. Too many names to mention here but never had a bad experience and the views and location were outstanding! Starbucks right around the corner, ferry within a 12 min walk, solid gym, and access to the promenade couldn’t be better. Sad to be moving but we have to for work…

It has been a wonderful time staying at RiverTrace apartment. Gary Goodrich made it a seamless experience from the very start, which for those who may know how stressful it can be with apartment hunting, is hard to come by. Gary has always been super professional, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the apartment from the moment we stepped in and living here. The staff members and the super have all been kind and friendly. We haven't had a single unpleasant experience here. We are thankful we were able to call this place home. Thanks to all the effort from all the staff at RiverTrace!
