I did a 15 minute Reiki session with her at a noisy party yet I was still able to completely relax lol. She genuinely cares about your overall well being and takes her time to ensure that you want to keep coming back for more cool holistic stuff!
I really dig the yoga classes! :-)
The space, the lighting, the props, the music, the meditation etc., equals absolute awesomeness! All of the instructors I've had class with are super friendly, professional, and non-judgemental. I am so grateful that I live so close to the center and I would give 10 stars if I could. Namaste. -

(February 13, 2022, 11:18 am)I was looking for a local yoga studio to get back into yoga and meditation after the pandemic and I’m so glad I found Sea Change Holistic Wellness Center. The beginner class with Heather was fantastic and welcoming. I left the class feeling so damn good and can not wait until the next class. Could not recommend this enough!

It has been a beautiful weekly anchor in a time of rough seas during the coronavirus pandemic for me. It has empowered and prepared me for birth and for motherhood. Thank you, Heather, and Sea Change for being such an important part of my pregnancy journey. I will be forever grateful.
