Great place with challenging classes that will prepare you for the skiing season or keep you in shape all year long. There are only a few people per class so the studio feels very intimate. I highly recommend checking it out! (They run great specials for new members)

Such a fun, unique workout. Really loved it and the time flew! Highly recommend it as something new and different for skiers and non skiers!!

Amazing workout!!! This class is an awesome combination of cardio and strength training. The time flew by! An extra plus: the whole studio is adorable, super clean, and the shower products smell amazing!!
