[UPDATE] I am Happy to AMEND this 1 star review to a 4 star review for now simply because of a caring owner who personally reached out to me to discuss what happened and his seemingly sincere effort to want to make things right systemically and with his staff so that other customers don’t have to go through the unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had. I applaud and appreciate that and I look forward to his follow through and hopefully a much better experience for me and all customers going forward.

[Original Review] DO NOT GO HERE! Read all the 1 star reviews. A) Terribly rude unprofessional staff, No customer service whatsoever. B) They do not honor appointments. Multiple times I made an appointment and when I showed up they claimed it was not in their system OR the specific stylist I made the appointment with is not there, they claim they just left, really? My guess is they probably just lied to get me in. Otherwise shouldn’t somebody give me a courtesy call to reschedule? No, they let me show up expecting I’d just use some other random stylist. This is not a mistake, read all the negative reviews, this is a normal way they do business and it’s shameful. People who run a business this way need to lose business so maybe they appreciate it more. They just lost mine. I I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this warranted one to hopefully save someone else the inconvenience and disrespect.

Great consistent hair cuts. Once you find a stylist who matches your style, you're in and out fast with what you expect. I've been going to Klodiana for years and she's been taking great care of me. I've also used Adrianna who is also great. I've been going enough to same place that there are a couple of stylist I always look out for, but when in a pinch I've always been satisfied with my cut. I used to so get the shampoo, but I'm always out of time. It's adds a little spa feel. I would often take my daughter. They are great with kids. She is a teen now, so her visits are less frequent as she wants to grow her hair out. I recommend this place and i'll come regularly because the great service.
