My teenage son had an eye infection that became a stye over the Easter week. We were fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Linh Chieu, opthalmologist at the last minute for Easter Monday. Fortunately the stye had already burst so all the pus and blood had already come out. She recommended that my son use hot compresses, eyedrops and eye ointment. Everyone from the receptionist and the assistant to the doctor were all very kind and friendly at this office. FYI - They also sell eyeglass frames here.
We will come back when my kid's eyes have healed to see if he would be eligible to have lasik surgery since we were told that Dr. Jacob Chung in the same office performs lasik surgery. When I am eligible to have my cataracts removed, I will also seek the assistance of this office. Thanks!
Fantastic experience. Jean Josephson, surgical coordinator, is a pro. She follows up with you immediately if you have any questions. Dr. Chang is very thorough and explains everything very well. Dr. Chung, the doctor who actually performed my eye surgeries, is very determined to do a great job. While some patients provide a greater challenge, Dr. Chung is determined to provide each patient with the best possible outcome. Some patients require only 10-20 minutes, while others require a longer procedure, but Dr. Chung always produces the best possible result.
I was very satisfied with the professional and thorough work of Dr. Chieu who took care of me and another family member, and plan to bring my family to see her as well. The one star that I deducted is due to an unpleasant staff (not all of them! the last time I visited, the person in the reception was pleasant and helpful. And I don't want to point out specific people but there was a less than welcoming experience overall.) Still, the professional service is great and for me this is more important.
