We hired Tetro to remodel our kitchen and bathroom and finish our basement. We were thrilled with the results, and everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with throughout. We worked with Mimoza and Artan to remodel our kitchen. Mimoza was instrumental in helping us plan and execute our optimal design. I appreciated that she listened closely to our vision and was able to turnkey our ideas into a custom kitchen that we adore. Additionally, Mimoza provided us with an open ear and a keen eye. At every step when we had questions or suggestions she was receptive while also providing the knowledge of someone with years of experience in the industry. She has an excellent eye for detail and is able to foresee possible pitfalls when presented with concepts that do not quite work. Lastly, I was struck by her honesty. When she did not like an idea she was always prepared to give her honest feedback while patiently explaining why a particular fixture did not work. All of her suggestions and feedback ultimately ended up being choices we were happy with.

During installation we worked closely with Artan as well. At all times he was professional, patient and kind. One moment in the process sticks out to me in particular. We were trying to figure out how to maximize storage while using the space available to us as efficiently as possible. Mimoza, Artan, Mike, and Ben (Nest Inc) were able to come up with an ingenious solution in which we gained an additional pantry/closet which we did not think was possible. I would also like to commend them on the quality of their installation. All cabinetry was installed with excellent craftsmanship.
