Germaine deserves more than five stars!!!!! Out of all the realtors I encountered, he has been the best!! Germaine did not waste my time; every minute spent with him was worth it! He was able to get me a one-bedroom apartment in one day (depending on the landlord, of course) !! As a professional real estate broker, he came prepared with the application already on hand. He is very organized, respectful, and articulate, and many realtors are not like that !!! As I'm typing this, I leave with the signed lease in my hand!!! Book with Germaine !!!

Through the entire journey of trying to move, Germaine was incredibly supportive, transparent and reassuring. Literally any little question I might’ve had, he was ready to answer and if not went out of his way to get an answer for me. Working with strangers can often be a bit intimidating or nerve-wracking but Germaine is extremely charismatic and that helped a ton to feel at ease when it came down to communicating with all parties. 10/10 recommend, no question.
