The Nesting Place - Merrick

The Nesting Place was essential in my preparation for motherhood. Prenatal yoga and massages helped to create a network of support for myself and other moms. They’ve continued to support me in postpartum. I have such a great network of women that I text and hang out with weekly. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this facility is for moms!

I happened to pick up a pamphlet at our pediatricians office for The Nesting Place (not expecting much) and joined the 4th trimester support group. I can not express how thankful I am for joining this group. I developed a circle of friends that I continue to be in contact with months after the group ended. It was the best resource and support network any new mom could ask for. I can not express how grateful I am for The Nesting Place and the wealth of resources it has provided.

I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to for The Nesting Place. I started going here for prenatal yoga when I was 14 weeks pregnant and continued to go consistently right up until I gave birth. The yoga classes were enjoyable, informative, and helped ease the aches and pains often associated with pregnancy. The instructor, Jen, is very knowledgeable and I love her down-to-earth approach. I attribute my quick and easy L&D to these classes!

I have also attended birthing classes at TNP, as well as their Fourth Trimester Support Circle, Postnatal Strenghtening Series, Baby and Me Yoga classes and all have been worth every penny. The baby classes are fun and allow my baby and I to bond and the postnatal classes are a great way to meet other mamas that are going through the same stuff you are.

I cannot recommend TNP enough! There is just no other place like it with it's safe and inviting atmosphere and for the incredible community it has created for moms-to-be and moms and their babies.

I am so thankful to have found the Nesting Place. It has become a vital component to my postpartum and motherhood journey. Every class, including their Fourth Trimester Support Group, has been created as a safe and welcoming environment. I have learned so much and was so thankful to have it as a resource. My son and I have been attending various classes the past month or so and have been enjoying them due to the amazing, energetic and engaging instructors. If you are looking for somewhere to connect with for yourself or with your little one, this is the place!

The Nesting Place has been SOOOO helpful for me during my postpartum journey. In addition to seeing a lactation consultant there who helped me a lot, I did the fourth trimester support group and have really enjoyed the connections made through that! I love how TNP has created a much needed hub for pregnant women, mothers, and parents to find answers, socialize, find community, and play with their kids. I know TNP will be part of my child's life for years to come. Thank you guys so much for all you do!
