The Studios at Pine Brook Fitness checks all the boxes! It's always clean, fully equipped, and offers adequate parking. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I'm so grateful to have access to such a fantastic facility to train my clients and teach group fitness classes.

As a fitness professional I highly recommend The Studios as a place to bring your clients! The entire staff are so helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean, plenty of parking, and the rates are great! Also great for Instructor that teach group class too.

I've been attending group fitness classes at The Studios for almost a year and complementing my workouts in their very well equipped functional training room.

First off, I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of instruction I have received. The trainers are very knowledgeable, attentive and open to modifying certain exercises based on certain restrictions I have. I feel challenged and the instruction evolves in a way that my workout routine is always fresh and not repetitive.

I feel like I am getting excellent value for the level of instruction I am receiving, minus the annoyance of dealing with the pretentious attitude and "fluff" you would get from larger chain boutique gyms.

Have been a member here for almost a year. This is my favorite gym experience of my adult life, and I've belonged to many over the years. The classes are small, and personalized, with convenient times. Trainers are responsive and motivating. Highly recommend the Studios at Pinebrook Fitness
