(August 17, 2020, 5:52 pm)I have been dealing with Arianna Concepcion for about 2 yrs. She has designed bathrooms for a spec home I did in Greenwich and they came out amazing. The end user loves them.
She has also designed bathroom for client if mode and they are very pleased.
The comments I get from my clients are that she is welcoming, knowledgeable about the products and works with their budget.
Arianna has delivered time and time again great work with a great design. -

(January 16, 2019, 9:34 am)I had a wonderful experience at the Torrco Showroom in Fairfield last December. I went knowing nothing about kitchen faucets or sinks or disposals and all the bells and whistles, my plumber had briefly told me but I was totally confused! The sales lady Arianna was so friendly and very helpful in walking me thought the products. I met her the following day in the Stamford showroom where she usually works to continue the selection process. In the end my Kitchen remodel came out beyond perfect thanks to all involved but especially from the superb attention to detail by Arianna. Thank you!

They have an extensive showroom and Arianna was so helpful in guiding us through each selection of our project from beginning to end. She is very knowledgeable on brands/products and was always able to offer advice and a range of options to help us meet our needs, as well as keep us on track with timely quotes and delivery updates. Our bathrooms are beautiful and we were very pleased with quality of products and service from Torrco and Arianna.
