(February 18, 2023, 8:12 am)I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT ON JANUARY 26, 2023. TULLY'S TOWED MY CAR; HAD AN ESTIMATE IN A WEEK AND THE REPAIRS WERE DONE 2 WEEKS LATER. "JOSEPH RELLER" THE SHOP MANAGER WAS MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL; HE WAS KIND AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY SITUATION. "LIZ" AT THE FRONT DESK EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WHEN THE ESTIMATE CAME IN AND WHEN THEY WOULD POSSIBLY HAVE MY CAR READY. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING WOULD WORK OUT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND "TULLY'S!" THANKS TO ALL!!

From the friendly disposition of the front desk staff, to the turn around time of actually fixing my car that was involved in an accident- I am very impressed. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They returned my car to me good as new and so clean! I was so happy to get my car back. Thank you Tully’s for a great experience. I will definitely use them in the future.
