On a personal level, the staff is warm, friendly and quick to respond to questions, comments and concerns. On a professional level, the service is unparalleled. They do their best to make sure that all your needs are met. In my experience, I’ve come to find Jordan to be incredibly helpful in finding the best rates and showing that he truly cares about his customers. It’s reassuring to know that an agency will look out for their customers and do what’s absolutely best for them - very rare to find that nowadays.

He is extremely knowledgeable and has my best interests forefront in his mind. Its really nice having a person at the end of the phone line who can assist you and will reach out at renewal time to update you on your account. This agency is full of great people who will always go above and beyond for their customers.
